The Saskatchewan Food Product Innovation Program was established in 1990 to provide a coordinated meat research and new product development effort to assist in the expansion and diversification of the Saskatchewan meat processing industry. This Saskatchewan Agriculture and Food funded Program offers meat processors a unique opportunity for new product development ventures and technical support. We have the facilities and 'people power' to turn your product ideas into marketing opportunities.
