The Saskatchewan Food Product Innovation Program (SFPIP) is made up of a variety of individuals from different areas of specialization. The SFPIP combines the knowledge of its meat chemists, analytical chemists, meat scientists, meat microbiologists, product development specialists, graduate students and a variety support staff to work together with the Saskatchewan meat processing industry in expanding the value-added processing of meat in the province.
